Boom BBQ is a mobile smoked-food trailer serving the finest smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and sausage. Our smoking philosophy is “slow and low” to create the perfect combination of smokey flavor and tender, juicy meat. We season each piece with a special dry rub which gives great flavor to each bite. We then smoke our meats up to 18 hours to give you that authentic flavor and unmistakable smoke ring! Give us a try and we have no doubt after eating you’ll be saying “BOOM”!!
